
Mr. John Peterson
John Peterson is Acting Head of the International Tax Co-operation and Administration (ICA) Division at the OECD where he is currently responsible for leading the work on the GloBE rules. Prior to his current role John was Head of the Aggressive Tax Planning (ATP) unit which produced the BEPS Reports on Action 2 (Hybrids Mismatches); Action 3 (CFC Rules); Action 4 (Interest Limitation Rules) and Action 12 (Mandatory Disclosure. Prior to joining the OECD, John was a tax partner at an Australasian law firm. John has LLM from NYU and a BCL from Oxford University and has previously worked as a tax lawyer in New York, London and New Zealand
