Vishal is a founding partner at Bayshore Consulting. His areas of expertise are corporate taxes (including transfer pricing), financial advisory and financial planning. Vishal has worked with Big-4 consulting firms for initial eight (8) years of his career and gained extensive experience in advising umpteen multinational companies and PSUs from corporate taxes and transfer pricing perspective including IFRS conversion/US GAAP implementation. Vishal has got extensive experience in umpteen roles in consulting/industry including handling capital market transactions, mergers & acquisitions and financial/business controlling and has successfully led large tax and finance/accounts teams. Prior to setting up the Firm, Vishal has worked with Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, Jubilant Group, and Inox Group. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (India) and has more than twenty (20) years of post-qualification experience. He has also done his Bachelors in Commerce (Hons.) from Delhi University.
